Expected results
Every business needs revenue. When you work with us, you will develop a revenue generation plan that gives you a clear picture of what targets need to be reached and what action needs to be taken to reach those targets.
Often, a lot of effort goes into writing a business plan before the business is launched, but the business evolves quickly once it is launched and the plan becomes irrelevant. We will help you develop a business plan which can evolve with the growing business and remain relevant over time – a plan you can use to manage the business, not just to raise money.
Many if not most businesses find it hard to track results as they progress through the fiscal year. We can help you develop a concise plan and a method for tracking progress month by month so that where necessary, remedial action can be taken. Just as important, a plan for the next year can be quickly developed in the light of what actually happened in the year now closing.
We believe it is important for objectives to be measurable and supported by clear strategies for their achievement. Just as important, each manager in the organization needs to be aware of all the objectives which require their input to be reached, and all the strategies that impinge on them – even if they are outside their department or region. We call this “Open Book Management”.

Having said that, we believe that every business must embody certain qualities and beliefs to succeed. Among those are a strong sense of its mission – why it exists; ethical standards to guide employees, managers and customers alike; spiritual significance – how do we contribute to the world and our communities in particular; and a sense of fun or passion – why it is good to work in the business or buy from it.
